Sneaker News and Release Calendars
If you’re just getting into sneakers or already a sneaker head, you probably have or want a place to check out the latest sneaker news and upcoming sneaker releases.
A few years back when I first started to research sneaks, there weren’t a lot of sites who kept release information up to date.
Now, there are so many resources, it can be overwhelming!
My favorite place to get quick and reliable sneaker news is… (Drum roll, please) Sneaker News.
Yes, a site called Sneaker News is my personal favorite. With a clean, crisp, and easy to navigate website, Sneaker News is my first stop for all things sneakers.
Not only do they drop the best and most reliable news, they have my favorite release calendar with date of release, style code, photographs, and even where to buy.
A few other sneaker calendars I love are Finish Line and GOAT.
I use Finish Line on my computer and GOAT on my phone. GOAT’s layout on a cell phone is so much easier to see on a smaller screen.
Finish Line actually gives you an option to input a release straight into your iCal or Google Calendar. If I really want a pair of sneakers and know I have to get them right when they drop or they might sell out, I set a phone alarm to guarantee I won’t forget. Although, with my memory, I sometimes still forget.
Now, some Nikes are only released through the Nike app - SNKRS.
The SNKRS app has its own release calendar. It’s super simple to use. All you do is create a Nike account, download the app, and start shopping! It has a great option to allow the app to alert you 15 minutes before a certain pair of sneakers drop. I love this feature.
Pro-tip: Follow Sneaker News on Instagram because if you're like me, you probably check Instagram more than you remember to go to a certain website.
I’d love to hear your favorite place to catch up on sneaker news!
