37-year-old tennis champion, Serena Williams narrates one of Nike’s newest commercials “Dream Crazier” which aired during the broadcast of the 91st Academy Awards.

I thought it was only right to share this video on International Women’s Day.

At first, I wanted to dive into the stories of each woman featured in the video. Then, I wanted to write a piece on Serena. Ideas kept swirling.

Then I realized what made the video so powerful… was the video.

People who know me well, know I dream crazy.

I have been called out too many times to count - people saying the goals or dreams are too unrealistic. I’d be lying if I said it doesn’t make me doubt at times, but most great ideas sounds crazy at first. I just have to keep reminding myself that.
